CNC Turning

Turning is a machining process in which a non-rotating cutting tool moves linearly while the workpiece rotates causing a perfect cut in a cylindrical shape. As the working piece is rotating with a high RPM, the cutting tool only needs to move straight on the X and Z axis.

Our CNC machines / lathes are fully computer controlled with the ability to move the head along the X and Z-axis. This makes it possible to create for example grooves in metal blocks or cone shaped work pieces. Thanks to our wide range of milling tools, the milling precision and efficiency is much higher compared to alternative milling equipment.
